Another test run, walked for 20 min first then 10 min jogging non stop around and round the soccer field, talk about boring.

Mt Biking in Vegas, From car up, up to Pondy Downhill, which had a fence across it saying track closed, so found some other random track which was pretty cool and linked back through onto Pondy New, through that then up to Billy T and whole run through to Be Rude Not Too and Mad If You Don't and back to car park. Good ride, not overly quick and bike is really crapping out, rear hub grinding and not working right, gears slipping (both front and back) and the stuffed valve on front as well, starting to be an expensive fix up

Went out to ride some hills, it hurt more and more. Legs tight from yesterday, bloody pathetic. Went down to village, up back and up East Coast Rd, then down and up Okrua River Rd and both branches, then down East Coast Rd to Awanohi Rd and up the hill, it was bloody steep and stood entire way, then down Ashwood Ave to spin the legs out a bit, then back down Awanohi Rd (up to 70.4 km/hr) and up Wright Rd, painful up there. then back along Lonely Track Rd home.

2 lots of 5 min jogging on fields, with 7 mins walking in between. Also walked for 10 mins to start with and 5 mins after. Leg were tight all over, esp calves. Massive stretch session when finished. Shins didn't feel too flash but see what like tomorrow

Ride after work, down to village then up East Coast Rd, then along ridge out to Elmore Rd and back with detour down Glenmore Rd.
