Wednesday Sep 10

Running 39:00 [3] 5.8 km (6:43 / km) +170m 5:52 / km
ahr:163 max:187 shoes: Nike Air Zoom Triax+11
Jog with Tim, first one since he has moved in, took him where I thought he might not know, through soccer fields, through reserves, up around earthworks, and to the top of Albany (water reservoir) and back but a little more directly. Never felt that comfortable, thinking I'll try this running 2 days in a row business since I have physio tomorrow, didn't help that I was taking about 5 steps to every 2 of Tims. Was funny when Tim goes "ok I'm really confused now about where we are" when we were 20m from the flat and almost next to his car

Tuesday Sep 9

Running 24:00 [3] 3.6 km (6:40 / km) +40m 6:19 / km
ahr:154 max:166 shoes: Nike Air Zoom Triax+11
Had a couple of slack days, legs haven't been feeling too good, calfs and achilles feeling tight, and with a massive assignment to procrastinate around it was pretty easy to get distracted with other stuff but use as a reason to not go out anywhere.

Just jogged round the soccer fields, body wasn't feeling good at all, itb's felt like they were tightening up real bad so cut it a bit shorter than planned.
