Went out to the bike park for a run around the felled bits to see what needs updating and if it is usable. Plenty of quad tracks and the open is mostly runable as well, with only small patches of green. Was stinking hot and humid, and had a funny pain/ache/pull from middle of left hammy to middle of calf, felt like nerve more than anything and possibly related to yesterdays feeling, stretched it a few times and felt ok in patches, it was never really bad enough to stop or really worry about (decent massage will hopefully fix it) Area is definitely usable for a plan I have up my sleeve. Was a pretty easy pace, stopped a few times to let the gps 'catch up' for more accurate placing and also when I found 2 good patches of ripe blackberries, finished with purple stained fingers. Also tried out my cockring compass v2, good improvement on v1 but cant really call it cockring anymore....

Ride in Riverhead exploring some new tracks thanks to the updated map sent through by Gene. Track out SE is alright, not used very much so very soft, then the choice loop of single from the carpark is nice. But the 3 days of drizzle has now made everything a lot more muddy and slippery, came back caked in mud. Half way through my left hammy felt like it had a 'pull' in it, not sore or bad but something to keep an eye on

Squash with Andrew, I was back in dominating form, was up 3 games to 1 and getting most things, but both of us were playing really well, Andrew is getting a hell of a lot fitter and is starting to chase down plenty as well, which ment he need a drinks break, and after we came back I couldn't time a shot to save myself, dont know what the hell happened but my game fell apart, and his got better, ended up getting smashed in the second half, not happy, but a good game.

Other (Soccer) 58:00 intensity: (4:36 @1) + (20:30 @2) + (20:08 @3) + (10:04 @4) + (2:42 @5) 4.95 km (11:44 / km)

Work lunch soccer, first time in ages, bloody hot and humid. Think it was about 13 aside today, which ment not much room, or flow or passing. Hip flexors were a bit sore to start so took the second stint in goal to try and stretch but was basically under the hammer the entire time, did some good saves which I was pleased with. Didn't score any goals but did get a couple of good solo break away runs in before some dodgy foul play normally took me out as I was lining up a shot or pass.

Rd Cycling 52:00 intensity: (4:38 @1) + (7:51 @2) + (30:17 @3) + (8:10 @4) + (1:04 @5) 20.4 km (23.5 kph) +264m

Ride to work, felt like crap to start then ok once got going, HR strap is still playing up, good thing there is a new one on its way. Traffic was really shit around Old Albany Highway, so bad some dumb bitch decided to spontaneously turn off the road where there was no where to go, for no reason, without indicating, when I was right next to her! Smashed her wing mirror with my arm, which then cut my shorts and leg, just managed to stay up right and on the bike somehow by sliding down the front of the car, hopefully scratching the hell out of it, then hurled abuse about not using her eyes or indicator, in a slightly more non pc fashion.

Ride with a bit more of an exploring nature in Riverhead, took a road up to the right which was ok, then checked out the felling areas, and tried to get over to the carpark, found an awesome bit of single track that lead there, then did the downhill track from the carpark. Got a bit lost and confused and discovered there is no way out but back up, then went in a direction on some tracks towards home, had to bike through a couple of horse paddocks and down a gated driveway to get out, good fun
