Got some training in hammering down the deck, knee a little better than yesterday could almost walk properly but struggled to carry bag, had to get Claire to do it
Knee completely sore, couldn't use it to get out of bed in the morning and had to pull the pin running the relay - in hindsight wasn't a good idea to carry on in the long
