Note

Spent a good chunk of the day at A&E after Claire had another adverse reaction to the 2nd lot of antibiotics (after a different adverse reaction to the first lot) feeling a bit drained after a tough week trying to work, entertain/look after 2 kids and doctor up a not so happy wife

Mangorewa Track Loop with Neil, 2nd bit down the stream on the flat smooth river rock, my inov8s were like ice skates on it, so took them off and ran bare feet, was good, as no blackberry, gorse or the likes so no worries on my feet, and I had grip
