| today was a good run
i ran up to adam and jen's house and got my bike and then rode to the track wher i did two miles
the first mile was at 7:34 and the second at 7:00 the last 400 was at 95 intensity
the legs took a while to warm up and i was still feeling some muscle strain on the upper thigh region
i then went to the gym and did intense core work

my legs are really sore from playing soccer to the point where it has been hard to move.
