Today was hard! The instructor kept saying 'harder, faster, turn it up!', but my legs were dying! Still, getting up at 5:40 and exercising makes the day feel good :)

I didnt realise how tired my legs actually were until I hopped back on the bike! A shorter ride this time, but I've convinced my friend Wade to come along at 6:15am tomorrow, bright and early!
