Mt. bike at Salem Hills with mbm and jah. Nice ride. One big loop, and then four more times around the small, north loop.

Trails were dry. Vegetation was high and hanging over the trail. So when riding much of the southern two loops our legs were crashing through the weeds resulting in lots of small scratches. It wouldn't stop me from going again, but I'd wear long pants next time.

Globes -- much easier the second time. I was able to get up on it by myself and move forward and backward.
Hoops - First time. Alot like stationary trapeze, but for some reason it is hard to get from hanging from your knees to sitting in the hoop.
Pyramids -- I did not imagine I could have another adult stand on my shoulders, but it's actually easy and pain free (thus far) if someone tells you the proper way to do it.
Hula Hoops -- I can't really do it anymore. Need to practice in the backyard -- when no one is watching.
Trampoline - Jump, twist. No flips tonight
Push ups and crunches.

Warm up run on grass in Highland Park before circus.

German Wheel -- felt much better doing it for the second time
Unicycle -- Should not have tried this tonight.
Low Casting -- This is a low (15' ?) swinging trapeze. Just swinging back and forth on my first attempts tonight. The hard is as you are swinging backwards you have to end in a pike position so your legs miss the platform you start from. It takes a certain amount of skill and abs strength to bring your legs forward into a pike position as you are swing backward. That said, it was a lot of fun.
30 push ups, and supposedly about 300 crunches of various kinds, but I cheated on many of those.
