12:50 PM. Murphy Hanrenhan.

Red at Murphy. Could not get to the park early enough to run the Minnegoat, but at least got out there for this. Probably a good thing since my right knee hurts badly today. I did not go fast on the course in hopes that my knee would last. It started to bother me about 2/3 the way through the course.

Only had one serious mistake, and that was on #14. In part I was thrown off by the unmaped gate that was right above the reentrant that the control was in. My brain expexts 15' long man made objects to be on the map. I also wonder about the curve of the trail in that area, and some of the terrain around the lake. That said, the terrain on the west side of the map seemed correct, so I should have been able to figure it out sooner/easier.

Hang tapes at Roseville Area Middle School for Orinteering class later in the day. Had a nice group of about 14 Campfilre kids and 10 adults.

Short jog before circus.

Trampoline and bungee trapeze. Didn't think I'd ever get to try bungee trapeze, but it worked out for us this night. I embarrassed myself a bit, but it was worth it.

Note

Tried to run this morning but right knee was hurting too much after only 3 blocks. I probably could have run through it, but want to be able to O' this weekend, so did not continue today's run.
