Orienteering race 1:08:05 [4] 5.5 mi (12:23 / mi)

Red. Great course for the park/map with a good set of legs that required some serious consideration for best route choice... some times more than once on a leg.

I was dragging this day, so even though there was plenty of trail running, I never felt "fast". My pace seemed to be consistent throughout and In the end I placed about where I would expect. Not bad considering, but could have been better.
