Red at Lake Maria. Lost a lot of blood. I started getting cut up going into and out of #2. And then into and out of #10. At that point I had so many cuts on my left arm, I had cuts on top of cuts and I was bitter. I had to run from that point with my left arm up in the air.

Attackpoint said my best place on a leg was from 12 to 13 which is shocking since I went out to the road -- by mistake! I was angry with myself after that. So by the time I got to the finish I was bloody angry.

Otherwise it was a fine day :-)

Gear Junkie medallion search. KCP and I were on the right track, but made assumptions about the "unorganized area" referenced in the second clue. We assumed it was the Fort Snelling Unorganized Area, which is a thing. This led us to the far SE corner of that area which is mostly an island under 494. Unfortunetly the clue was meant to reference Pike Island which is another unorganized area in St. Paul. Who knew Pike Island was part of St. Paul?

Still, a find afternoon of hiking and biking fort snelling and the river bottoms.
