Wanted to get ten miles in. Was going to do White Bear 10 mile, but saw that Rocky's Run 6k was happening, so opted for that instead since its in the neighborhood and on grass. Did a 5 mile "Turf" warm up, ran the 6k on the golf course, then hobbled to another Turf zone for the last mile.

I felt fine during the 6k. Heart rate was up there, but I wasn't sucking air or suffering (not sure if that is good or bad). I could feel my right knee in the last mile, but not too bad.
