Ran up big long hill, took walk breaks after that. Was breathing really hard, was not able to run the entire way. My goal is to run the entire time.
It was sunny outside - went at around 3:30pm. no knee pain, felt great. Wore new Craft jacket, pants, and new navy undershirt- was great, not too warm.
