tired this am -- 6:00am class. Shoulders sore, didnt' really enjoy it.

Ran all the way to Parent road. Didn't get enough sleep last night, had a 4 hr nap this afternoon. Went running at 7:30pm. Was nice, prefer to have the sunshine. Felt pretty strong after the hill.
Ate well, need to drink more water.

Felt great running, made it up past big hill.
Knees, espeically right felt a bit sore, not too bad. Left foot was sore at first, then got better. Best time so far!
Ate well today, but need to drink more water.
Feeling really happy, great mood.

did 30min total body w/o. Felt good, espcially legs and butt. Felt stronger doing the push-ups. Did good on plank exercise.

felt better up hill, ran the entire way past hill. I was sore for 3 days last run. Ate pretty good today. Had a good sleep.
