Been bad at logging my rehab....,
but I just reviewed my progress (logs) after last knee op and although I am slower in my progress this time I am not nearly as far behind as I thought I was!! that's my positive spin for the day!! :-)

included 15 minute spin at very low resistance
circuits (resistance) 35:00 [3]
just trying to get something going
want to drop some serious lbs in the next few months before I start trying to run again
