actually worked up a sweat on this.. and my heart rate was up where it would normally be on a much harder workout even though I didn't feel like I was working hard?!?!

Avg 20 mph at moderate resisitance (730 cal/hr)

stair climber 20:00 [2]

all warmed up so gave it a go. Up stairs is much better/easier than down so I didn't anticipate a prob.... held the rails for safety.

kept it in the 60 steps per minute range

misc upper body stuff

the pull down the rope machine is interesting and quite a work-out if you want it to be ...

Massage. Leg has felt a little wobbly and a bit more painful since session.
Hopefully do to more RoM.
