turned it up another notch & actually felt like a workout

-checked old logs and I definitely recovered more quickly after last knee OP... would have been playing hockey full-out by now. I think the extra fluid that won't go away has had me a lot more tentative this time... so I'm going to push a bit harder and really test it before I see the Surgeon on Dec 7 for 'final' follow-up.

circuits (resistance) 30:00 [3]

included some light (hi-rep) leg stuff (hip sled {max 250lb}, extensions) and 5 mins of rope pullin' which left my arms hanging lifeless at my sides

actually worked up a sweat on this.. and my heart rate was up where it would normally be on a much harder workout even though I didn't feel like I was working hard?!?!

Avg 20 mph at moderate resisitance (730 cal/hr)

stair climber 20:00 [2]

all warmed up so gave it a go. Up stairs is much better/easier than down so I didn't anticipate a prob.... held the rails for safety.

kept it in the 60 steps per minute range

circuits (resistance) 30:00 [3]

misc upper body stuff

the pull down the rope machine is interesting and quite a work-out if you want it to be ...

Re-hab/preventative 45:00 [0]

physio after the gym
