Easy mill run (near capetown on the screen).
Felt pretty good no real serious joint pain. Couple of aching moments in the stabilizing muscles around the knee due to fatigue I believe... overall quite happy. I should be able to run on Vacation in early Feb!!!

Girls game cancelled so we had a practice. Gave me a chance to test my leg and I would say it's about 50% ready for hockey. Huge improvement and will improve quickly from here!! :-)
