beautiful morning!! prob >50 dogs out walking their "owners"

Learned something today....

'Dudes' standing like statues in a marsh, holding little notebooks and diarizing birds, do not appreciate another 'dude' whizzing through on a mntn bike and scaring the birds.... and it's made worse when the mntn biker yells "Whoa!" because he's startled be these creepy 'statues' that weren't there before.

very slow warm-up, followed by hills, which gets the knees warmed up. Then a nice little run in Hydro hills trails.
