Hills (hydro hills)
6 min warm up and cool down runs included.. then mostly level 5 stuff on hills and a quick burst on a new mntn bike trail I found.. really tasting blood on a couple of long ones.
Surprisingly my times up the different length hills was right where it was 6-7 years ago (2:45, 0:55, 0:40, 0:25) when this was regular routine for me.... but this hurt more! 8 misc reps -- used to do 16
