Super hot to start... thought it was going to really suck, but after I got sweating it was pretty comfortable so long as I didn't stop.
No head wind for a change shaved a few minutes off I think

Last couple of runs at cottage sucked due to downed trees. Tried some old trails this time (old to me, someone has been working on them these last couple of years) and had a nice run all the way to the portage into Georgian Bay. Only one tree I had to climb through and only one small beaver dam (and it was runnable).
Had to be cautious not to work too hard. Mouth breathing = FDF tasting.

Feeling tight the first 10 mins... not sure if it was the hills last nite or the squats/lunges. Not bad ride after I got a rhythm.

Hot ride back to car after a long day.

Swatted a biting bug on my left hammy as I got thru Caledon village and almost sent my hammy into spasm. Took that as a sign and spun the rest of the way. Felt a few more twinges on ride but nothing afterwards.
