Commute in
At times I felt like I was really moving and at times I caught myself daydreaming and spinning along. Time ended up approx. same as always.
10deg C to start and closer to 20 at finish... gonna be a hot ride home :-(
Prob hit the rail trail at Heart Lake road at about 6:25 on way home .... :-)

Bike finally bit it. many probs but rear wheel now rubs triangle on left side and cannot be trued up. 1 spoke actually blew out of rim and left a nice size hole. Sketchy ride back to car.. Anxiously waiting for wheel to taco or side wall to blow out.

Surprised I made it in 2:10 given how gingerly I was riding (no curb hopping) S L O W on all the corners

Level 2-5 but about 4 avg.
Big hill to get to 'the spot'
4 reps ea of sm, med, long hill. started walking back down for 3rd and 4th rotations. Good hard session and knees felt good throughout (EVEN AT THE START)
Cruisy run through trails before heading back home. Legs were gassed after hills but got some pep back before the end of the run.

Should be a 20 minute swim but I never swim for distance anymore - got a headache from water in ears and felt pukey afterwards

Trek from Miners Bay to Flatrock lake campsite.

SWIM- pushing Will across the river in his white water boat to get to the campsite after trek. (Got COVERED in water spiders)

Super hot to start... thought it was going to really suck, but after I got sweating it was pretty comfortable so long as I didn't stop.
No head wind for a change shaved a few minutes off I think
