Ride in I was disappointed in my time as I was hustling a bit due to an early meeting.
On way home I pushed hard, pretty much from start to finish and really struggled. By the time I hit the rail trail I was having a hard time keeping 25 kph and working hard to do it (would expect 30 kph for that effort). The last km or so I was down to 20kph and figured I was just gassed out.

When I got home and took the bike out of the car, the rear wheel was completely flat.... so I feel better about my fitness but a couple of notches lower on the stupidometer
