quick spin to test out John's tire on my HiFi for will this weekend. Should be fine.

crossfit 25:00 [3]

tried KP's 5 chins, 10 pu's, 15 Air Squats per minute.
Short on time and thought this would be interesting. I think doing it for an hour would start to get a pretty good burn, but be pretty boring. Maybe with a partner and go until someone can't keep going would make it fun.. but very long

Golf day... almost managed to escape the whole year without playing!!
too much beer... not enough exercise


Go Home Lake (cottage) is open for people interested in relaxing after the race (WT) and not working (or not working early) on Monday. 30 min drive from HQ and a 7 min boat ride.... Boat ride supplied :-)
