This was at Suzi's gym. Amazing the difference in machines. That random workout would have given me about 500-525 cals (1/2 hr) at my gym and likely peaked at 110-115 steps per min.
This machine was 730 cals! and peaked at 130 SPM - rarely below 100.
Those are 'God-Like' stair climbing numbers ... which is one level below "CO-Like" on the stair climbing scale! :-)
.. I do think these steps were smaller ... like maybe 7inch vs 8 or 8.5??
