Midhurst trails - not nearly as much fun or comfort as my last (first) run. Not sure why. Wore hokas both times. I think it has to do with either 1) cottage trails are technical right off the hop vs 500 m of flat pounding to start at home 2) couple hours sitting in the car before this run.. I've noticed in the past that my knees hurt if I jump out of a long car ride and start running ... maybe combination of both.

first real run since November and felt PRETTY GOOD.

Hit a prefect window between downpours. Technical trails. Only about 5 FDF bites... prob killed twice that... that's almost FDF free!!

Was hard not to open it up a bit because I was feeling good, but a little stiff today, so glad I held back.
