Worked hard on this but missed my level 5 numbers... chalk that up to still recovering, because I was pushing cardiac arrest most of the time... shud log as 5

mill - almost bailed in first 10 mins but then seemed to get some wind
nice to be able to run ... now the key is to be patient in ramping up time and speed
