Suzi got a new Bowflex MT M8?
I don't know that it's a 'good workout'... but it does make you work and it's very smooth. Probably much better at burning calories than improving performance in any activity I typically train for.
Probably felt more fatigue in my upper vs lower body... first time so overall a thumbs up.
Did a 14 minute program followed by a 15 min (total burn of 630 kal... according to machine.... so right around what I would get running at level 3)
