BPMR Paddle
Was uncomfortable throughout … really only hit a rhythm on last 3 km after final turn.

took it easier on the bikes because I knew my running would suck so I tried to save a little juice (didn't really work)

Guestimating my second bike time because it's not on results, but I'm sure it's pretty close based on the twins times (who were very close to me on 2nd ride)

there was a time when I would go into a run with the expectation of running people down.... it is not this day.

Mix of level 2-5 efforts.
Too many toe picks, ankle rolls, stumbles and one good wipe-out. Finally resolved myself to waddle across without injury.

was happiest with my transitions!
