Today I did from Imer to Gobbera and from Berni to Lozen maintaining a meduim heart rate. In total about 50 minutes of work. After I did 4 sprints with flying start.

Originally me and Daniele planned to go to Paradisi peak. In Refavaie we met Pieralbino, Onorino and Simone, they was going to Sadole pass, Cardinal pass and back from Malga Coldosé, turning around Cauriol peak. We went with them, I did this tour for the first time.
