Long ride around the Schener canyon. Today I felt a bit tired, but I enjoyed the first training with the road bike of this year.

Ski-mo race in Colverde + warm up and down.
The heart rate was still low compared to the perceived effort. Anyway I took 25' and I finished 21th, not bad for me.

The focus of the course was on long legs and route choices, with a couple of tricky controls in the end.

I did a workout to train strength and power:
5' with hard gear + 4 x 15'' sprints everything repeated 4 times.
Has been quite hard because I suffered the heat. Probably I should buy a fan to dry a bit the sweat.
