Slow run over Hackett Hill, high track through Campbell Park then up the "kokoda" track to mt ainslie. About 12 km I think. Pulled up well after yesterdays run. Tried a Gu at the top of Ainslie to see how it went. Flavour is something called Tri-berry perhaps aimed at triathletes as I wouldn't like to say what the three berries are, but no bad aftertaste with a few gulps of water and definitely better than half melted jelly penguins. Also tried new v.expensive thorlo socks bought as post-race treat yesterday,
