Bilbys intervals. Quite a cool evening with a bit of rain around so there wasn't the usual half hour of warmup stretching making for a much shorter session. Set was 4x1500 with about 200m easy between didn't push very hard except in the second one where one of the juniors was running just behind me. Splits were 5.48, 5.36, 5.52, 5.53. Legs still aren't 100% but recovering well.
