Bilbys intervals. Thursday used to be the easy day, but not at the moment - today was 8x 600m then 6x200m 200m recovery between each. It was quite humid and was still recovering from a sore throat and cold so was a bit sluggish again. Splits: 2.17, 2.11, 2.13, 2.17, 2.17, 2.20, 2.21, 2.24, 46, 46, 46, 46, 44, 45. The track has got a bit rough, more like a cross country at the moment.
