TMMGs at red hill. Just Ken riding today and a bit chilly. Just managed to finish the 7th before the clock ticked over 7am.

Bilbys intervals, the set was a gazillion 400s, so decided that 10 was a better number. Just about managed to keep the same split through the set. Didn't really feel like it was flowing very well, but was at least a reasonable effort. Putting it in perspective, craig was running in the outside lane taking it easy and matching the same pace.
