Got the indoor trainer set up but haven't managed to get the power meter I borrowed to connect to the garmin yet, so just going on heart rate. 30 mins with 2 x 2min at a high intensity. Using my old bike which needs a service so only had one gear which meant dialling up the resistance.

Vikings TGA norman, a truck pulled out in front of the bunch at the mugga-hindmarsh junction. Picked up the KOM for hindmarsh drive and a broken collarbone as a result. The driver didn't stop either, sounds like someone got his rego so perhaps the cops will catch up with him.

BIlbys mugga in the fast bunch, but got dropped at the top of mugga when everyone behind took the shortcut while I went round the top. Tried to chase down mugga, but even with Nuru joining about halfway down there was no getting back to the bunch. Rather more high intensity than what it says in the dev squad program.
