Running 1:06:00 [4] 15.3 km (4:19 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

Lunchtime run from work round parliament house triangle and 2 bridges. In my mind I thought this was about 10k but actually more like 15. Tried to keep a reasonable pace the whole way but was hard to find a good rhythm on the track sections.

Running intervals 25:00 [5] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Brooks Axiom

Bilbies intervals, medium set. the government department that turns on the lights at the oval seems to be uncontactable so we ran round light towers on the soccer pitches which did have the lights on. There are eight towers so it's disrespect cubed.

Running warm up/down 40:00 [2]
shoes: Brooks Axiom

Swimming 1:30:00 [4] 3.0 km (30:00 / km)

Monday night bilbys swim. Pretty quiet as a lot of people had done the port macquarie IM event on the weekend. Running form definitely not translating to swimming as was dropping off the back in every set.
Must be winter now as the tunnel has been put up to join the pool and the change rooms - but heat has been turned down in the pool so got frozen there instead.

Running long 1:55:00 [3] 26.0 km (4:25 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

Long run with Hoggster, along bruce ridge, behind black mountain, along lake shore then behind mt ainslie, through the saddle and back through dickson. Legs a bit stiff to start with but flet good once they got going. Climbing up to the saddle was a lot better than a few weeks ago. 26k measured with bit of string off the map.
