Cycling 1:30:00 [3] 45.0 km (2:00 / km)

Tour de Pe. An abbreviated version of the pete, as part of acejases' big week of training he'd lined up the tour to run this morning although there was some small print in the email saying he'd be there (* unless raining). Setting off from home a few drops were falling, and by the time I hit belco way it was pretty steady rain. I wasn't surprised to see no-one at cook shops and was just about to head off on a tour de csiro when jase appeared. The rain had eased off a bit so we decided that we should do the pete as we'd turned up. By the time we got to holt the rain had come back and more clouds were visible over the hills, so we cut the ride short via southern cross drive and ginninderra drive. Still an hours ride from cook to dickson. Luckily Sfoglia was open serving coffee and pannies and weren't fussy about wet seats. Started cycling in to work then realised far better plan was to go home and shower then drive in rather than have to put wet cycling gear on this evening. My cat had the right idea - found him asleep on the spare bed and he cbf doing more than opening one eye to see who was there.

Running 31:30 [3] 6.0 km (5:15 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS7

Was going to be a 1 hour run but was nearly 12.45 by the time I got organised to go. felt lethargic so just did the little black mountain loop at an easy pace. Only good thing about the pace was that it made the run long enough to be troggable.

Cycling hills 1:50:00 [4] 35.0 km (3:09 / km)

Red hill intervals with acejase. Did four reps including the long loop at the top, took about 5 mins on the hill per rep. Red hill is well placed for coffee afterwards at deakin - acejase set the pace on the roll down to the coffee shop

Orienteering race 51:08 [4] *** 8.5 km (6:01 / km)
spiked:8/9c shoes: O shoes

ACT event at timbertops, went out there with acejase, belinda and jo. Late start due to tour watching last night. Not a very difficult course but fast running through the forest, just missed one control. Had a bet with belinda (doing the 6k course) over who would finish first, which was motivation to keep running - made it by 3 mins.
