Cycling hills 50:00 [4] 17.5 km (2:51 / km)

Acejase rang before the pete to say that the tiles were blowing off the roof in cook so the pete was off. Decided that it wouldn't matter if it was windy or not doing black mountain reps so went and did two. First was in 12.25 in the saddle the whole way, at the start of the second I could tell it was going to be bad - could feel the energy draining out but kept going to the top, 14.05. Legs are now completely gone to jelly.

Snowboarding 5:00:00 [2]

Snowboarding for the day at perisher. Decided this was troggable as there was plenty of hopping the board across flat bits and little hills. Started the day pretty rusty, only fell off one lift and that was due to a skier trying to sit on a t-bar. My helmet and body armour got a good testing, but by lunchtime got a few good runs on zali's. the wind got up a bit in the afternoon so things got a bit icy and after getting tired doing a long traverse to mt p there was a lot more falling over. Good day out.

Running long 2:03:00 [3] 22.0 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS7

Sunday long run at the traditional time and place. The first hour was with jase and patrick, over hackett hill then up mt ainslie from the campbell park side. Patrick put the hammer down at the start of the ainslie ascent and jase dropped off the back, then patrick dropped off and jase got a second wind and was running well up the second half of the climb. The run back to the carpark was fairly brisk but well timed for stace's arrival for the second hour of the run. We went out to the triple-tri route up majura with patrick heading home before the final part of the climb. Then it was up to the summit followed by the pines. After jase took us on a "short cut" that led to us running in a circle, we headed out to the main track and back over to hackett. Well-earned coffees and breakfast were taken at sfoglia
