Running 41:30 [2] 8.7 km (4:46 / km)
shoes: Brooks Axiom

Continued my tour of europe with a long run* with the fishmeister. A late afternoon tour around Histon and Girton through the fields. Was always going to be a shortish run, fish asking how long we'd be going 10 minutes in. First 25 mins or so, at this point fish's guts started to play up and the pace dropped. Good afternoon for a run, with the sun making a rare appearance.

Running long 1:36:00 [3] 18.0 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Brooks Axiom

Long run with sanders - a good long run along lots of bits of river and through the forest around Babelsburg. Paths were nice and soft underfoot and we went on a good bit of undulating single track. Kept an eye out for wild pigs and squirrels but disapointingly didn't meet any. It was also too early in the day to get people shouting "schnell, schnell!" as we went past. We overtook a lot of other runners and have concluded that germans don't run very fast at all. Sanders insisted on picking the pace up in the last third of the run as there was a train to catch.
