Bilbys intervals. This was the first running at a high intensity for about a month and it showed. Only did the medium set of 8xMs (about a 650 'M' shape) and slowed a bit in the later reps. Splits were 2.32, 2.30, 2.35, 2.34, 2.37, 2.41, 2.40, 2.42. Starting the warm up in the light was good.
