Cycling long 2:30:00 [3] 70.0 km (2:09 / km)

Still some soreness in the leg, but cycling is a physio-approved activity so did the medium bilby's ride. Still a bit of moisture on the road so there were 4 flats in the bunch. Big gaz had found a 'new' road, which turned out to be the one past mulligans flat. The only problem was the 2 or 3 ks of gravel road we had to ride over to get to it, wasn't too bad although cadel (so-called because he has replicate everything apart from riding ability) wasn't looking too happy about it. Brekky at the nun after, was impressed to hear that some of the girls were going to back up with the 10k crossy.

Went to swim squad for the first time in a while. Went in the slow lane which only had four of us in, started by cruising behind the viking but went past after a while. Mark is back coaching so there was no resting between sets, he also had the ankle bands out so all four of us had sinking legs.

Just did the warmup and stretches at Bilbys - a bit more sociable than doing a few stretches at home. Some improvement in hammy but didn't think it was quite ready for anything more.

Note

Visit to physio - hammy as tight as a yorkshire wallet, no running for a day or two and some homework stretches to do. Has improved a bit since the weekend though.
