Cockies intervals - second time ever that I've done a cockies morning training. Great memory exercise combined with DS hills set by Jase. Did 7 hills which seemed to be enough, splits of 1.22, 1.24, 1.27, 1.27, 1.25, 1.23, 1.23. Not bad as was too busy trying to remember map to worry about split times.

Bilbys - long set of 6x1k(200m). Not feeling 100% (cold) but ran the first 5 with shaun which helped keep a reasonable intensity. Splits, 3.54, 3.58, 3.56, 4.06, 4.04, 4.06.

This week Sarah Fien had been drafted in to replace Andre and so the warmup was all active stretches. Some of them were beyond my coordination limits but it was good for a change. sanders was cutting the run-throughs short, a dangerous move when sarah's coaching.

Spent the morning checking email then went for a lunchtime run - just a little black mountain loop at an easy pace. Perfect running weather out there, had to take a bit of a detour through the csiro glasshouses so got to practice running up big steps.

Cockies sunday long run with Sanders and GrantM. We took the flat route round ainslie then up the concrete path. There was no surging today as Miss Jones wasn't there. Pleasant second half of the run through campbell park and back through the saddle. Could feel various sore bits in legs but wass good to get them turning over again.
