Running intervals 27:00 [5]
shoes: kayano 15

Miss Jones' Thursday intervals was street O ints in O'Connor. Had to run down to the bottom of wattle st for the on-time start then all the way back up as warm up. Miss J had set 4 ints but they turned out to be quite long so we did 3. Good session and felt like I was moving quite well. There were a few mapping issues on the 2nd interval as it was hard to tell the difference between orange control lines and red snickets.
Splits 6.39, 4.35, 5.50

Running intervals 29:30 [5]

Bilbys intervals - I'd seen the weather forecast so drove into work today, driving to bilbies I was thinking that I could have ridden but that all changed halfway through the warmup when the wind picked up and the rain started tipping down. Big gaz wisely got us going on the main set before we froze. 6x1k(200) splits: 3.49, 3.52, 3.51, 3.53, 3.52, 3.54 which were ntb given the state of the paddock, wind, rain etc

Running long 2:08:00 [3] 21.0 km (6:06 / km)
shoes: kayano 15

Cockies sunday run with constable frogga, miss jones, sanders, mace and fatrat. We went straight to mt majura which was shrouded in mist. Mace had turn round with a sore foot so just four of us ran up majura, then down through the pines on fire trails and back to the saddle and down towards the car park and along the bottom of ainslie where we were all photographed with the vets doing their 10k race. Then just sanders, miss jones and I went halfway up the concrete path then turned off halfway. I led us into some terrain when the path ran out, then we finished along some more fire trail and single track along the side of hackett hill. A bit of a longer run than expected but felt quite good most of the way. Deli marx after for a big fried breakfast and coffee, yum.
