A rather chilly bilbys. The set for the marathon was 8x 400 at marathon pace with a jog round the bags recovery. Ran with nick plus some half marathoners and talked about what pace to aim for on sunday. nick is running the mara too so I might have a pacemaker again. Suffice to say this felt very easy...

Easy ride on the ridges, was also super cautious about crashing, so was getting off and walking whenever I saw a bit of rock or a stick

Full lap of O'Connor. Tried to do the middle bit at tempo pace but going below 4 min/k was hard work. On the plus side the lunar racers still feel good.
