I decided I'd better do some intervals even though I really don't like doing them in the morning, so headed to the bit of bike track I found the other day, which was a bit over 1km long. Did 6x 1km (200) which seemed like a reasonable set at 6.30 am. Not spectacularly quick.

There must have been a slight hill in one direction - although when I was running they all felt a bit uphill.
