Cycling 2:24:19 [3] 64.71 km (2:14 / km) +656m 2:07 / km

Bilbys saturday ride, Uriarra-cotter - cold and foggy morning and we stayed in the fog until out on the urriara road. I didn't really warm up until on the way back cotter road so did a lot of sitting at the back of the group. My knee started to hurt a bit close to the end of the ride. GPS is a bit sort as I forgot to start the watch until we had got onto cotter road. It was good to get into the coffee shop to warm up for an hour or so.

A very short lamp run on the ridge, taking it very easy and avoiding any big downhills. Knee better than last weekend but definitely not 100%, the test will be how it reacts overnight. Surprised a few roos that were lounging around the track.

Luckily I had an appointment with little hoggster already booked for today, the diagnosis is bone bruising, which I probably got from falling over in the aus long a couple of weeks ago. So some physio exercises and foam rollering to be done to release the pressure on it. And I'm only allowed to run on the flat and especially not downhills.
