8x 1km at bilbys. Legs were not really cooperating tonight so it was struggle city to get through the set. Nice to be running in shorts and t-shirt in the evening. Must be spring as there were quite a few people there including a few noobs.

ACT league at Ratall creek. The map's got a bit more overgrown in some spots and there is plenty of fallen timber on the ground so I felt like I was going pretty slowly. The was confirmed when geoff caught up at 15 where I was messing about having gone in on the right line but then had a few doubts about where I was. Similar sort of thing on the way to 9 where I was again executing the correct plan but then started to think I was on the wrong hill. Good to get another run in terrain and mostly happy with navigation although some of the route choices were a bit dodgy. Early lunch with grantm and marymac in bungendore on the way back, where I had a large burger that will last the rest of the day.
