Cycling 2:32:38 [3] 74.7 km (2:03 / km) +843m 1:56 / km

Bilbys ride to wineries, wallaroo and the donkey farm. A bit of a mixed group so the speed was a bit lower than usual. Once it warmed up it was a good day to be out riding.

Running warm up/down 8:50 [3] 1.58 km (5:36 / km) +6m 5:30 / km

The UC fields were full of kiddies soccer players so the select group of bilbys headed off for more lake G ints

Running intervals 38:28 [4] 8.02 km (4:48 / km) +85m 4:33 / km

After a bit of discussion we did 4x 3mins with a generous 2min recovery. I thought these were respectably paced for intervals in the dark.

Bilbys intervals at lake G. Only a handful of us there tonight, I ended up running with perry, I stuffed up the intervals on my watch so we ended up out of sync with the girls and kenny who were doing the same set, which gave us a target to chase. 6x 4mins, the first rep is missing as I'd stopped my watch.

Cockies long run with grantm, grant, hoggster, fat rat, alj and acejase plus marymac doing her own run. Acejase had already done several hours of pre-run. Fairly standard majura-pines-hh-ainslie. I was feeling pretty tired by the top of ainslie, but jase put in a vote for going down via the war memorial. As he'd already run furthest we had to go with him. Hoggster set off on a downhill surge which had us all hanging on as we dodged the sunday morning run traffic. Then at the bottom acejase put in his late run marathon tempo effort which pretty solid - so much that it got the strava course record when I uploaded. Luckily he slowed down for the last couple of km.
Sfoglia afterwards where a record number of bacon and egg rolls were ordered.
