Bilbys wallaroo ride, a big bunch this morning which probably contributed to a nasty crash near the back of the bunch with two girls ending up in hospital, reports later on were that they had some concussion and possible broken collarbone. Luckily no cars were passing at the time or it would have been a lot worse. After the ambos had done their work we did a shortened ride then coffee.

HFW, almost the same as last night except for an embarrassing low-speed uphill stack.

HFW on RTW day with a diversion onto the ridge. A bit quicker on the single track than on Monday night

Decided that saturdays run hadn't done a lot for the plantar fasciitis and related aches that have been hanging around for a while. Had to pick up a referral for a scan from cathy - I could hear her eyes rolling over the phone when I said I could pick it up on the way to bilbys so took a rest day instead
